चींटियों को देखा है? वह सरल, विरल, काली रेखा तम के तागे सी जो हिल-डुल, चलती लघुपथ पर पल-पल, मिल-जुल, यह है पिपीलिका पाँती। देखो ना किस भाँति काम करती वह सतत, कनकन करके चुनती अविरत। गाय चराती, धूप खिलाती, बच्चों को भी है वह पालती। और तो कुछ नहीं। घर बनाती, रास्ते सुधारती, भोजन भी है वह खाती।

English Translation

Have you seen the ants? That simple, sparse, black line, Like a thread of darkness, swaying, Moving moment by moment on its small path, Together, this is an ant line. See how it works, It continuously gathers grain by grain without ceasing. It grazes cows, suns them, And also raises its young. And nothing else. It builds homes, Repairs paths, It also eats its food.
