उस असीम का सुंदर मंदिर मेरा लघुतम जीवन रे। मेरी श्वासें करती रहती नित उसका अभिनंदन रे। पद-रज धोने को अनन्त का उमड़ रहा करुणा-जल रे। फूलों की नैवेद्य चढ़ाती मुझ में विकल वेदना रे। धूप-दीप-सा घुल जाता है मेरा यह जलता मन रे। सारे तार झंकार रहे हैं मेरा यह वीणा-वन रे। क्या पूजा, क्या अर्चन रे!

That infinite's beautiful temple Is my smallest life. My breaths keep doing Its daily adoration. To wash the dust of its feet, the infinite's, A fount of compassion overflows. Offering flowers as oblation, Is my restless pain within. Like incense and lamp, it dissolves, This burning mind of mine. All strings are resonating, This forest-lyre of mine. What worship, what adoration!
